We need Samsung to clarify what Ultra models are eligible. Seems that anyone who bought theirs directly from Samsung and does not have an active LTE connection can join but not be offered the download. But seeing some folks who must have an LTE active Ultra are getting the download.
We need clarification as to if just having an Ultra is enough or it HAS to be activated on T-Mobile.

It's just telling me I'm up to date when I look for an update for the watch

And I tried and tried and tried to get clarification in the regular community but kept getting my posts removed and I got suspended because they don't like you talking about the beta outside of the beta community

I posted this to another
I'll post it here too

It is beta software, therefore potentially unstable.

Very specific criteria need to be met for eligibility. Sometimes something on your specific device will prevent those criteria from being met other times it could be your particular product model.

Samsung is developing this software to work on all variations but they are starting with easier to control environment variables.

If you aren't able to install the beta software, right away, I dont think thats going to be a priority.

They need to change their wording then. Reading what devices are eligible reads as watch7 (BT and T-Mobile) and Ultra (T-Mobile) Most of us have an Ultra here and are not being offered the download. I have an Ultra its just not connected to my T-Mobile sevice. The point of joining the beta is to give feedback and a large part of devices not able to try it, is counter intuitive.

That's what doesn't make any sense though. I get the phones could be a little bit different depending on carrier because of bloatware and different software tweaks but the watches aren't that complicated. The watches don't have different splash screens when you turn them on depending on what carrier you have them. They all have the exact same software. A T-Mobile watch won't have different apps than a Verizon watch so why should this be carrier restricted?

Ultra I bought directly from Samsung, no issues installed right off the bat. No cell service at all
