What happens if I factory reset my phone with oneui7 Beta

I have ordered new s25u and this s24u will he given to a family member. I need to factory reset s24u which is on oneui7. Is it ok to factory reset it? Any special steps I need to take?

You should take it off of beta since the beta registration is tied to your Samsung account.

After unenrolling from the beta, you can use smart switch on the PC to reinstall the non-beta firmware.

Just backup all your data before doing so, they will receive the stable update when samsung pushes it out

It doesn't take off beta, I've done this by being an **bleep** and changing sam helper resolution. It does not take off beta

I am not trading in. Giving it to wife. Will withdraw from Beta and factory reset. Do I need to restore previous os using smart switch?

I would restore the OS with Smart switch to make sure the beta is completely removed after withdrawing
