What's up with Google play store?

On beta I can't even download apps from Google play anymore. I was able to before recently even on beta, Now I can't. I need to redownload my radarscope fort the storms here in the southeast US. Couldn't get it last night when I needed it and I'm going to need it again Saturday. This sucks!

What happens when you try?

Force stop the app, clear the app data and cache and start the app again. That should work.
