When is next beta or release?

When is the next beta or full release for US S21 users. I've seen all over that S23 is getting full release. Are we still getting another beta or is it full release next? It's been weeks since we got beta 2

Rumored to get stable for s21 on 11/20. Most likely no more betas at this rate.
