I switched service providers during this beta program and now the software is not working it says I'm withdrawn from the program how do I get it back ?

As youu suggested, if you've changed your carrier network after or during Beta, we may have to assist you change your information from our database. 

Let us know your device IMEI and Samsung account information via DM and we will be happy to assist you.
