YouTube/Spotify pausing

I have YouTube premium and Spotify premium, I notice my phone pausing these a lot when the screen is locked and have a video or music playing. Only starts playing again after I unlock the phone, anybody else having the same issue?

Put The apps that you want to run in the back ground in "never auto sleep apps"

I made sure they're unrestricted and not under never sleep but it still happens

Maybe try Reinstall them ? Hope it works 💪

Make sure they are not in sleeping apps or deep sleeping apps
