Every 5 minutes or so I get a popup saying "Personal data intelligence keeps stopping." Stopping the app doesn't fix the constant popups. Even if personal data intelligence is disabled in settings it doesn't fix the popup, and you can't disable the app itself.
I found a fix that works until it's fixed: Just disable the package from ADB. Its name is "com.samsung.smartsuggestions". That fixed the constant pop-up.
All I did was go into apps and show system apps and then find it. Then I hit the 3 dots and hit uninstall updates. So far it hasn't come back. I am unsure if it did re-update itself too.
App crash occurs due to compatibility issue between previously installed Personal data intelligence app for V OS and B OS beta software.
How to resolve this issue is as belows: - Uninstall updates from 'Personal data intelligence' app information page . Go to Settings - Apps, and then turn on the 'Show system Apps' option, and search for 'Personal data intelligence' . Run 'Uninstall updates' on the app information page
