"Strong" Reminders Crash Reminders App

Any time the app attempts to play a Long sound be it in configuration or playing a reminder the sound will not pay and the app crashes.  

I have cleared data and cache. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all updates. 

I have reset, restored, and issued every permission it wants. 

None of that helps. What else can I try?
