Download good lock from galaxy store. Select family tab at bottom and use nice catch to find the culprit.

Wipe data and cache in One UI home app, turn off screen and the turn back on. This particular issue wasn't the main reason I had to use this fix, but it was one of the many I had that did get fixed in the process. How it helps!

I have been dealing with this from day one.. ok first try restarting your phone. Then wipe the cache if that did not work. And yes it keeps coming back. Hopefully the next update will fix this. I'm glad you spoke up

Hello,

Thank you very much for reporting the issue to us.

Multiple users have reported this issue.  Please try to turn Notification Remiders off as suggested by another user here.  If that does not fix the issue, please clear the cache as below and if you continue to experience the issue, please submit an error report:

Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Side key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
  8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. Press the Side key to restart the device.

We appreciate your contribution to the Beta community.

Regards

One UI Beta Team

For what its worth, I also had the issue and nothing worked for me until I turned off notification reminders.

For wherever reason, trust seems to be broken in the current beta.
