Samsung should have a slider for touch sensitivity from so a user could pick how sensitive they would like it. The reason why is because I've heard complaints of how sensitive it can be with touch sensitivity on and if they don't have it on its not as responsive users want it. But with controlling the sensitivity users can find the balance point for what they want.
