Add date, time and carrier to fully expanded quick settings

This is the current notification panel. Notice how there is no edit or power button.

This is the current fully expanded quick settings. Notice how the date, time and carrier are no longer visible.

This is what the fully expanded quick settings should look like. Instead of the top left corner being completely empty, it has the time, date and carrier.

This is what (in my opinion) the notification panel should look like. Instead of the edit and power buttons being hidden behind another swipe down, they are visible from the start.

I used Pixlr to edit the original screenshots to what I think the quick settings and notification panel should look like.

Yes that needs to be placed there, not just have empty space.
