An updated notification shade drop slide animation

An updated notification notification shade slide down animation would look nice and bring a modern feel to that part of the OS. Right now there is a clear "cut" in the notification where you swipe down. A fade in or something would look much better. Kind of how the expanded quick settings fades

 into view as you swipe down.
