Align the edge of the status bar charging animation

I think it would look a bit more polished if the margins around the battery icon in the status bar charging animation were uniform. I think they were before beta 3, but the size of the battery pill was increased a little bit so it threw them out of whack. Nothing major, just a nitpick.

Yep they should keep it that length and width like while it's in charging mode

I think that size is perfect for the battery icon to be honest like while it's in charging mode it should always stay that length and width because it is very visible and defined hopefully the devs can read this and keep the icon like In charging mode!!!
