Allow Telephoto Zoom on 4x or more zoom with the S20 Ultra

Posting since the new update doesn't have this fix and it's pretty important.

Please update the camera to use the telephoto zoom at 4x or more zoom to greatly improve quality on the S20 Ultra. Just look at the difference in the attached image between 9.9x and 10x (10x is much sharper).
