Allow me to Routinely Optimize Device

I would like to periodically have my phone optimize device at a specific time. 

Today I have to use the widget manually from what I can tell.

Auto optimize only works when the device is not being used, usually overnight while sleeping or on charge. The feature must be enabled though. Goto settings, scroll down to device care and open it. Scroll down to auto optimize and tick on.
If your wanting to pick a certain time for the optimize to run, thats a great suggestion and I upvote the suggestion 🖖
