Allow tapping on quick settings title for pop-up settings

Previously you could hold on a quick setting to open its page in Settings or tap the name of it under to open the pop-up with settings and information about the quick setting

. For example, tapping "sound" under the icon would open a volume panel in the quick settings without have to open settings to adjust volume and sound setting. Now tapping the name does the same as tapping the icon. Please bring back tapping the name to open the quick settings. Now to even change flashlight brightness you have to hold down on the icon instead of tapping "flashlight." Not only is it less convenient and takes longer, it's not the user expected behavior.

Long-pressing on an icon in the Quick Panel still brings up the Settings for that icon.  If you are not able to access Settings this way, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

But not for sound. You left it for flashlight, you left it for wifi, you left it for Bluetooth, but you got rid of it for sound. Why did you get rid of it for sound?
