Just a few suggestions, right now the animations and transitions are choppy.
It would be nice to have some animation details like Pixel where the wallpaper image fades into the power button as you turn off the phone. Certain details OneUI is lacking. Instead of adding a lot of new features really concentrate on refinement of what is already there.
I have also had the home UI force close a few times and some apps just seem glitch a little here or there.
The contrast on the pull down menu where the screen brightness is odd and hard to see clearly with the color palette I have.

Agreed we need to refine the animations more I've recently noticed sometimes that it looks really rushed or buggy but this is beta and soon they might improve on it
