Auto Detect Work

Hi I want if they could change or solve the problem that when the I walk for at least 10 minutes it shows a Auto Detect but I had seen that the Heart emoji isn't on its right position is upper then the numbers it should be at the same line like the number. I have a Watch 6 Classic of 47 mm. Thank you
