Samsung needs to steal and implement this feature from Apple ios 17, basically takes out all the background noise on calls such as lawn mowers, running the sink , wind noise etc whatever it may be . Works on other apps as well such as whatsapp
That's already a thing and has been for ages, it's called "noise reduction" not all samsungs have it, mainly the high end or "flagship" samsung devices, some of them come enabled by default with no way to turn it off, but you can simply go to settings to find out if your device supports it.
