Carrier Name in Expanded Quick Panel

I would suggest that the carrier name remains in the expanded quick panel. There's no real benefit to it disappearing in expanded view. It previous versions of One UI, it would move from the top to the bottom of the screen. It may as well just stay at the top.

What's the point?

My point is I couldn't figure out what the point of it not being displayed with the new quick panel. In the previous version, when the quick panel it collapsed, it's at the top and when expanded it moves to the bottom. It was just odd to me that in this version is just vanishes even though the spacing is the same in that area.
