Dear Samsung if this is true what this website states and its permanent. You will never see me and have me as a customer with me. And I will be very vocal about it, my followers will read that also. I have over 4 million and counting. There is already bad news all around the globe and the little joy I get from Tech will also be policed in the name of protection. I wont have in my household . I vote with my wallet and millions of customers also.

For wiping the cache partition, you don't need it anymore. It's not necessary. The system will do it with every update.

I still want the option to be there if I decide to get board and wipe the cache myself. I am the owner/user and should have that capability.

From the looks of things, this is a permanent change and I'm perfectly willing to wait for an official explanation for their reasoning behind the change. Then I'll make an informed decision. From some of the posts I've seen, one would think the world was about to end.

Not wiping cache I can live without ,there is easier way of doing that now. But they are crossing the line with blocking side loading apps. Its my device and when I pay for I dont put conditions on my green dollar or break my agreement after I bought the phone with an update . In that case we all should get the option revert the update . Maybe a class action lawsuit will help , my uncle works for a very good firm . They represent the LA Lakers and half of Hollywood. He is **bleep** as **bleep** also right now . If we put our device at risks ,thats up to us . In 15 years switching to Android ,not once I git hacked or dealt with malicious apps sideloading and I fixed all without Samsung help . You get also bad customer service when with bad attitude and lots BS . Only once I had to call Samsung because of bad Headphones, they dont wanna even want to honor warranty because i bought them at best buy . Those clowns send me Samsung and Samsung clowns send me to best buy . Seems like the good old days when honor and empathy meant something.

There is no basis for a class action, unless you can show where Samsung said they would never change the software.

True , but than they can also inform customers in advance and explain the changes thats coming . Its not that hard to communicate. Little things like start wars in real life .
