Distinct color indicator for microphone access

Why not using a red/orange dot to indicate that a microphone is being used instead of using the same green dot as the camera?

I did some research and found that this is the case with IPhone, but I would like to suggest something slightly different.

• A green dot should be displayed if a camera is being used.
  
• A red/orange dot should be displayed if a microphone is being used.
  
• Both green and red/orange dots should be displayed if both camera and microphone are being used.

I don't think an extra red/orange dot next to a green dot would be that bad. It would be easier to identify what is being used.

I was wondering why this wasn't the case in the first place. I think this is more of a Google issue than Samsung, but can't hurt to ask here.
