Flash for notifications or edge light

Currently, notifications are primarily displayed through sounds, vibrations, and icons on the notification bar. However, in situations where the device is face down or in silent mode, these notifications might go unnoticed. To address this, I'd like to propose the implementation of two features: the option for a notification flash and an edge light effect when the screen is face down.
