Full screen contact photo w/incoming calls

We used to be able to access a hidden menu that would allow us to turn on full screen contact photo when calls are received.. It's no longer available, please allow this feature to be available again..I enjoyed the look of it

Your right I just checked the wording is there but when you click on it nothing happens and I have backgrounds on some contacts I wanted to add more when I got the pictures

How you did this? What is the number of hiden menu, how yiu acces ?

You had to use an activity launcher

Yes, it used to be, and was removed. I used to have it turned on.
