Gallery: Visible File Name Option

Many would appreciate an option to show file names on or under thumbnails while using the gallery app. (Guessing which file/image to open, then flicking up isn't an efficient use of time.)

Files names under thumbnails to me, would be a waste of screen space. Plus it really doesn't take much time to find the one you want in my opinion

I agree with you. I think being able to see the full file name would be very helpful or at least giving us an option to use it if we want to.
