One ui 4 forces you to open links either in a default browser (you can't clear defaults for browsers), Samsung Internet (which you can't disable), and refuses to let you open a link an app. Give us back the option to open links wherever we want.

What browser are you trying to use? Chrome is working fine. I have no idea what you're talking about.

Doesn't matter what browser, I dont have the option to choose what browser I want to open a link in. It will just choose whatever browser it wants to (usually Samsungs stock internet browser)

Hello  @Sandmann ,

You should be able to set Chrome as default browser. Please note apps are allowed to open web links with in themselves which would invoke system web view and not Samsung Internet. let us know which app you are opening the link from

I don't *want* chrome as a default browser, I don't WANT a default browser, and you guys took that away. I use different browsers for different things (work, school, personal) and when clicking a link from an app (such as youtube, reddit, facebook etc), it will only open in one browser, or when clicking the "open in browser" option it will automatically choose one browser instead of prompting me to select which browser, like in One UI 3.

Good luck getting any help with this issue, they don't have the technical ability to comprehend your query OR pass it along to the eggheads in software dev.

This isn't even limited to browsers, when clicking a link that i have an app downloaded for, it will force me to open the link in whatever browser, instead of prompting me to open the link in the appropriate app I have downloaded such as youtube, reddit, facebook, certain games etc. It was working fine in One UI 3
