This one sound a little bit weird but that feature would be handy if I need to record a important calls but I don't trust the 3rd party apps and I don't know if it's a feature that on the locked version of the galaxy s22 ultra if it's not I would be nice to have this feature.
Call recording is not legal in every country/region. They wouldn't be able to implement it universally without it adding a call being recorded announcement when you turn it on
