SuggestionsCurrently, exercises with duration targets have to be set between 5 minutes and 12 hours. The lower limit of 5 minutes does not work for interval training. When trying to create routines for the different types of interval training I do, I cannot use duration as a target because 5 minutes is too long for interval training. Common intervals used by most people range from 10 seconds to 2 minutes.

SuggestionsAlso agree that this would be a nice fix to have for shorter running intervals of less than 1km

SuggestionsI am also having the same issue. Do Samsung developers REALLY think HIIT & stretch exercises last 5 minutes a piece?! No way I'm holding a plank nor fast feet taps for 5 minutes.
