How do I get off the beta program and get the stable release installed on my phone?
I am still stuck on the November 2023 One UI 6.0 beta. I keep checking periodically to see if an update is available, but it keeps saying that I have the most current update..
I have a Samsung S21 Ultra factory unlocked.
I have messaged the beta forum mod with no response.
Called Samsung tech support and the suggested that I continue to check for updates and I should get the stable release eventually.
I posted on the non-beta S21 Ultra group a couple of days ago and haven't received a response.
OPEN SAMSUNG MEMBERS APP ON YOUR PHONE WITH THE BETA.
GO TO THIS BETA AREA IN THE APP
LOOK FOR A SETTINGS THING (3 dots I think) hit it
IT THERE SOMEWHERE IT SAYS UNENROLL OR WITHDRAW
ONCE YOU UNENROLL WAIT A MINUTE AND CHECK FOR UPDATES.
SECOND AND BEST METHOD> DOWNLOAD SAMSUNG SMART SWITCH ON A PC OR LAPTOP AND INSTALL IT.
PLUG IN YOUR PHONE WAIT FOR THE DRIVERS TO LOAD (IT WILL HAPPEN AUTOMATICALLY) THEN OPEN SMART SWITCH AND IT WILL SHOW THERES A UPDATE AVAILABLE AND WILL DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL IT FOR YOU>
