SuggestionsPeople submit their suggestions, and then the standard response is:
Hello,
Thank you for sharing your suggestion with us.
We truly appreciate your input and value your engagement in the One UI Beta community. Feedback like yours helps us better understand the experiences and preferences of our users.
Thank you again for contributing to the One UI journey.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
I wonder if it's just "reply and forget" or if Samsung actually processes these suggestions.
Samsung should create some tracking system for these suggestions with tags like "under discussion within the product team", "decision made to proceed", "in development", "ready to be released in next beta version", "rejected", etc.
Without a tracking system, there's no point in even talking to Samsung. Because what's the point if you we don't even know if the suggestions we submit are not being flushed down the toilet.

SuggestionsIf people are going this crazy over delays with no information, imagine how nuts they would be once their pet feature requests get outright rejected, or even greenlit and then later cut.
