Keyboard issues when linked to windows pc

I use samsung keyboard on ultra 21.

When connected to my phone on windows 10, puncuation marks never type correclty from computer keyboard. 

? From pc keyboard becomes _ on phone for instance. 

Not new to android 12, but it would be nice if it was fixed. Sort of useless the way it is now.
