Live Transcribe Sounds Live Notification

I believe it would be cool if there was a feature that shows a live notification that can describe environmental sounds for people who may not hear well like IOS has and the Live Transcribe apps have where it can show sounds like "wind" 'birds" "rain" "crowd" ect.
