Might be a nice feature.
My guess is you are deleting "sensitive" photos or videos and don't want them to be seen by others?
If this is the case, for the time being send them to the secure folder instead of deleting them.

This definitely is a must have. Also, is very logical. Things we deleted are not for the prying eyes. Actually a lot of things should be behind the bars. Like Device Administrator settings, Special Permissions of Apps etc. I am not sure how software developers can ignore these usable must have security features.
