I'm very happy to see that the initial beta already supports the Theme Park engine from prior OneUI versions but think that it would be a good idea to put an option to theme through Google's own API for the sake of getting various Google apps to adhere to the user's theme preferences as well. Putting this in the developer options would be good if there is some sort of confliction with the two theme engines. I also believe the developer settings should also allow for users to select an icon shape like is available on vanilla Android. This had been available in previous versions of OneUI but didn't allow for circles for whatever reason (though the more obscure shapes were available) but has been taken out for some time.
