Move the microphone Back

I don't think I need to say anymore. Moving the microphone to the bottom is a huge waste of space. I would like to see the microphone to be back in the tool menu where all the other tools are.

Not entirely sure about the microphone part of it, but the bottom is not a wasted space since the dismiss action is there as well.
