It really doesn't make any sense to have a beta program if spots fill up way too quick. At least, for future betas for ANY device let people have at least a few days to pre-register for it and secure a spot.
Sucks that I can't enjoy the newest features (beta not stable release) coming out and yet I've got a unlocked Galaxy Watch 4 from T-Mobile.
If a beta program had so many open slots that it wasn't full well after it started, it wouldn't be much of a beta program would it? Instead it would just be a public test phase.
Beta is pre official software. alpha is usally controlled test. Doesnt mean only so many people. Samsung is the only one company that controls how many people test it. Google / apple let everyone who want to try it.
