ONE UI animations [2]

The animations of the notification panel always been at 60hz as shown below. please make them smoother.

It has never made any sense why Samsung would choose to make some animations 60 frames per second on a user interface that operates on devices with 120 frame per second screens. All animation should be done in 120 frames per second that way the dynamic scaling can take effect. Touch sampling on many Samsung devices is at 240 HZ so that should also be taken into account. It should feel extremely responsive when I use a Samsung phone and yet right now it is not.😮‍💨

It's not 60Hz, though? For me it's 120; I'm picky about 60Hz as well.
