Here's what I think, I really liked what samsung had started in the first One UI 5 beta, specifically with thier animations. After downloading the latest beta two, I have noticed some of the animations are a downgrade.
** Here's a small list of what I have found so far:
- I loved the keyboard animation in the first beta, it revealed a bit slower than stable One UI 4, which I felt was perfect for that smooth refined feeling. Now, it seems they have unfortunately reverted back to the One UI 4 animation for the keyboard. Bring it back!
- When turning on your device, I've noticed the finger print icon that reveals itself at the bottom has been sped up. I think the animation speed from the first version was perfect.
** I also have some ideas/suggestions for future betas and versions.
- The unlocking animation could use some work, at the moment it is too fast, it feels a little clunky. Making it slower as it transitions from your lockscreen to your homescreen with a transitional fade I think would greatly improve how smooth it feels. Along with that, if possible, having the icons animate in after fading to the homescreen would be a perfect final touch (similar to how it's animated in googles version of andriod 13).
- When swiping out of an app while using navigation gestures and the app you are in isn't on the homescreen, the animation should shrink the app centered towards the middle of the screen, but instead of the current animation where it flies down rather quickly, I suggest it shrinks down almost to the point where you can't see it and then fade.
- Changing the animation when the screen turns on and off would also be a nice touch. I think the circular fade towards and away from the power button, similar to how the expirence is on the pixel, would be an awesome addition!

Yea after beta two it felt like I was on OneUI 4 again. Every improvement felt reverted. They should've kept improving on the animations from the first update
