One time permission to erase things

Would like to request a one time permission to erase files from the phone. Have to give approval for every item trying to delete. 

Whether it be a song, photo or video. Trying out photography makes is a pain to have to hit the same allow button with every delete. Thank you

Especially when you consider deleted files end up in the Trash, which can be un-deleted.

I wish they'd do something like an app (Poweramp) that I can't live without does. Yes it's a one-time permission and immediately (after verifying) deletes the file from your device. Once you delete it...it's gone forever.
