Option to manually disable an app

There are apps that we may need to have them installed but not use them on a day to day basis. I would like to be able to disable them so they don't make any connection to Internet or use battery. 
It would be good to have such option and the app greys out and jumps to the last screen in apps screen and can be enabled any time.

@GalaxyUser00 You can do part of these actions now. Go into phone settings -> Device care -> Battery -> Background usage limits -> Deep sleeping apps. Then click the + at the top of the screen to add an app to the list. They then won't use the internet nor battery.
Now they won't be grayed out nor jump to the last screen in apps screen. But you can use them simply by clicking on them.
