Try downloading Good Guardians from the Galaxy Store and using the Galaxy App Booster from within Good Guardians to speed up your apps. Rebooting to the bootloader and clearing the Cache Partition can also help.
Try doing a little trouble shooting. This isn't normal. Clear cache, make sure you don't have any incompatible good lock modules, any wallpapers from the Theme store that aren't compatible etc etc
Please try the suggestions by other users in this thread. If the issue persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report to help us debug.
