S-pen should have a default operation

I use the s-pen all the time for the translate-on-hover feature. I use this 99% of the time that I use the s-pen. 

Each time I want to use this feature I have to select it from the s-pen options menu. I'd like to set it as default and never have to select it again. 

The workflow I want:

• Set default pen action to translate.
• Pop out pen. 
• Translate immediately.
