Go into settings and clear air command app data. Then reset S-PEN and it will work perfectly. 😊

Also this is the wrong section to report. You used suggestions and it should have been listed as a bug if it were a real issue.

If none of the above solutions have worked go into the "smart things" app and select the s pen under "devices" tab on bottom you may see it quickly say "downloading update" and then it should open and be connected

My Samsung smart tag all the sudden wasn't connecting to my phone the other day and nothing was working finally I went in that app and tried selecting it there and that's when I saw it say downloading update took 5 seconds then it auto reconnected like nothing was wrong you can enable auto download updates in just that app under settings to prevent future issues
