Secure Folder Notification on Restart

Every time I restart my phone I get a notification that says to unlock secure folder even when I have my secure folder turned off.

You mean hidden? Once setup, you can't turn it off, you'd have to uninstall secure folder.

I am talking about toggling the secure folder widget off, it goes on and off when you press it. There is no reason for my phone to ask me to unlock my secure folder when the toggle is off.

I'm not a fan of the feature, we shall see how Samsung does it... we are ways from final release.
