The ability to set programmable white balance from reference photo in camera

If i could set a user defined balance (in samsung note 10+'s camera setting) based on a known referent, it could make things a whole lot easier for me, sunlight chamgesbthrougjt the day, bulbs get old, et cetera; kelvon's great but guessing only gets you so close

I believe you would either take a photo of or download the reference in digital format then choose it under filter.
