Back in the day you could pick and choose if you wanted to add seconds to you're clock. Can we add that back? Thank you!

That setting shows seconds only when you pull down the quick panel. Is there a way to make seconds show without having to pull down the quick panel?

I really thought its kind broken the appp. But yes indeed, when pull down the quick panel you can see seconds..
