Samsung can we please get the option to change this or least use the system default such as white in non dark mode and black in dark mode. Would be nice to see the color Platte be applied to this if someone wants to . 

Come on color looks awful , or at the minimum let us edit the transparency.

I got around it by using Theme Park from Good Lock

Did you use quick star or theme park?

I used quickstar to adjust the icon grid size and then theme park to adjust the colors and blur

But also I turned the color palette off because it prioritizesize the color palette over the theme park colors
