"Close all" button location

The close all button in the task manager sits right under the thumb results in accidentally closing all apps. I have accidentally closed fully filled form several time when switching between apps to find information. It should be located at the top as shown in the image.

 
Also closing all your apps over and over again is not great for battery life as it starts over the task over and over again. So it should be relocated to discourage unnecessary closing everything all the time.

Since Samsung will not fix this it's time to change brands to another phone probably Google Pixel
