You can find these upda6by going to setiings->Google Services->All Services->System Services. I check every day.
To the best of my recollection I don't remember ever seeing Android Call Core before. I know it is has to do with Spam Protection that use to only be available in the Google dialer app on Pixels. Google's version, not Samsung. Let's see if it gets better.
