Now most of apps not working & device not certified. So basically no work cause app not compatible wit phone

YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!!!! We can't use our work apps and are having issues with the majority of our other apps, even UPS, Google Maps, banking apps...it's absolutely unacceptable.
